Shipping Policy

Domestic - USA

  1. Orders take an estimated 2-10 business days to be processed and be delivered 3-5 days after departure from our warehouse. (Typical processing time is 2-4 days.)

  2. The cutoff shipping time is 5 PM CST

  3. Tracking is provided on all orders. Texas Hides is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.

  4. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Texas Hides is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.

  5. Texas Hides is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.

  6. Customers can select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

  7. Holidays, sales campaigns, and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times for which Texas Hides is not liable.

  8. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  9. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy 

  1. Products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase as long as have not been opened, damaged, or used. 

  2. Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products. 

  3. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.

Cancellation

  1. Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  2. Orders can not be canceled due to a customer missing a sale or promotion and will not be deemed refundable.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee  

  1. Unopened orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  3. Refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged or used.
